PUBLIC NOTICE - SALT LAKE VALLEY HABITAT FOR HUMANITY HOMEOWNERSHIP PROGRAM

Preliminary Questionnaire to Determine Eligibility:

1. Can you show proof of US Citizenship or legal resident alien status?
2. Have you lived and/or worked in Salt Lake County for the last 12 months?
3. Are you willing to live in the home (style, size, and location) we build within Salt Lake County?
4. Are you willing/able to complete the required sweat equity hours? 225 hours per adult owner
5. Will you consent to routine employment, earnings, credit, and background checks?
6. Can you verify that you do not currently own a home, have a mortgage, and/or own property?
7. Does your annual household income fall between the minimum and maximum income ranges listed below? Household includes adults, children, and legal dependents. These are the 2022 HUD Income Limits for the Salt Lake City UT HUD Metro Area.
